Maria Avery, Property Manager

Maria has been Property Manager of Rustic Village since the Spring of 2010, and the community has been flourishing ever since. Her energy and charisma is reflected in the property personality, which is a friendly and welcoming environment. A native of Brazil, Maria is currently studying International Business and is a member of numerous real estate organizations. She lives on-site with her son and two toy poodles.  mavery@mmgtco.com

Jamie Bambino, Leasing Consultant

Jamie has been working at Rustic Village since the Spring of 2010. She is your go-to person if you have any questions about renting a new apartment! Residents can also place their maintenance work orders with her, or just stop by the leasing office to have a chat! Jamie received a BS in Hospitality Management from Drexel University, and has recently completed some Real Estate courses at Temple. Natalie Jamerson, Bookkeeper

Natalie joined the Rustic Village management office in early 2011 and has been an incredible asset every since! She is the one to call if you have a question about your rent payment. Natalie has a great personality, and brings a lot of positive energy into the office. She has her own apartment at Rustic Village, and lives with her cat. njamerson@mmgtco.com

Halima Sastre, Housekeeping

The management office would not survive without Halima! She is a dedicated worker and assists in maintenance and administration. She does a fantastic job getting our vacancies sparkling clean and staged. You can always count on Halima to be a team-player! She is also a wonderful friend, wife, and mother. Halima was borned and raised in Marocco, and currently lives on-site with her family.

Malcolm Harris, Maintenance Supervisor

Mal joined our team in Fall of 2010. Since then he has worked hard to ensure that the property is well-maintained and running as efficiently as possible. He's the first one to tell you that our residents' safety is his top priority. His experience and expertise are contributing factors as we continue to offer quality apartment homes to our valued residents! Mal lives in West Deptford with his wife and two dogs.

Karim Sastre, Maintenance Technician

Karim has been a valued member of our maintenance staff for over 5 years now. Not only does he handle resident maintenance requests, he goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy and taken care of. He's great handy-man to have as a neighbor! He's also a terrific father, and can usually be seen watching his sons play on various Clayton sports teams. Karim was born in Marocco, grew up in New York, and currently lives on-site with his family.

Danny Moyer, Maintenance Technician

Danny joined the maintenance department in early 2011. He does a great job turning over our units, ensuring each apartment is updated and in sound condition for new residents. Danny is dedicated getting every apartment into the best condition possible! He loves to hunt and currently lives on property with his family.

Bill Zaugg, Groundskeeper

Bill has been with us for several years, but has recently taken on the role of Groundskeeper. He can be seen picking up trash and making sure the property is in pristine condition! And when he is off-duty, he generously acts as a companion to our elderly residents. He is also a terrific handy-man and plumber. Bill also lives on-site with his dog.

Joseph Glennon, Asset Manager

Not too many residents are familiar with Joe, because he mainly works behind-the-scenes. He works directly for the owner Harvey Berk, and Rustic Village is just one of the properties in his portfolio. He works tirelessly to make sure that the community thrives to the best of its ability. A lot of the improvements over the past few years have been under Joe's direction. Not only does he have a long list of real estate credentials and acheivements, he is also a wonderful friend and neighbor. When he is not on his boat during the warmer months, Joe lives at Rustic Village with his roommate.
